Panic attacks
Tue May 12, 2020 11:24 am
Had a panic attack last night. Very not fun. I was doing an activity and I wasn't breathing quite right, then tried to take a shower and I felt sick, then I had to leave the shower because the air was too hot and then I got all tunnel-visiony and my hands and feet started to go numb and I just loooooooost it. NDB had to tell me how to breathe for about five full minutes.
Not sure why it happened. Stupid body.

I'm so sorry, Ezee! That is the worst feeling, especially when you can't pinpoint a reason. I hope you're feeling better today. I know panic attacks can really wipe you out for a while.

We need some sort of smiley for "congratulations, you survived your brain!" Maybe this one ? So congratulations, Ezee, you made it through.

(((((Ezee)))))
The general state of the world has brought back my previously well-managed panic and anxiety attacks too. It sucks.

I am feeling very crunchy lately. As if I am covered in scales that make a susurrus of tiny scrapings when I move. I feel as if I should have a jumpy tail tip behind me to warn away predators that I am ready to chew their pineal gland from their body and leave their carcass to decay and be consumed by the inevitable death beetle swarm.

What I want is to achieve a sort of chiaroscuro susurrus.
I think I do! But it's fleeting, and often unrecognized until hindsight clicks the frame in.
