Sometimes, the best use of stuff is as a detachment object. A focus if you will, to help you reach a state of transcending stuff. This is a dumb idea. Anyway I tried. I LOVE STUFF, but perhaps - this could be a place for us all to work out areas where our love of stuff is excess. A maladaptive, counterproductive, self-sabotaging love of stuff that obscures the REAL stuff we WANT to love, which is also stuff. Or a place to kid ourselves perhaps, about our abundant stuff-love, which we have no intention of transcending or overcoming, and which we feel enriches us and our lives in many ways.
