I just had a bowl of Tyrrell's Sweet Chilli & Red Pepper crisps. I am constantly meowing for additional snacc.

I just finished a brioche sandwich with (fake) ham, cheese, pineapple and a fried egg. It was a glorious monstrosity.

And yet somehow (fake) ham is totally accepted, and goes unquestioned. Even by me! I haven't questioned it.
I'm just pointing out that I haven't questioned it. Anyone who wishes to imply disapproval, confusion or disgust on this matter will have to do it without my help. I make a simple observation, and I walk away unbowed but hungry.

I have a big stew of PORK LOIN, potatoes and carrots - the onions have completely dissolved. It's hearty and homely and lovely.
I also have a cornbread muffin.

I'm eating a chocolate lion. Except that he no longer resembles a lion, because I had to eat his head to avoid becoming too attached to him to eat him at all. I knew it was dangerous to name him.

How big is a chocolate lion? Is it available year round or is it some sort of seasonal thing? What is his name?

I'm so glad I'm not alone in feeling guilty about eating chocolate animals. I always go head first too.

I had a grilled ham and cheese on wheat for breakfast and crackers for dinner. Currently a bit peckish but I'm going to bed soon so it's too late to eat now.

DAMN IT I missed this. An Easter Egg sized chocolate lion, and yes a specific Easter thing. His name is Dandy. A friend at the marina saw him in Waitrose and bought him for me (because I've been writing a book whose main character is a lion), and Mr K and I cried out in unison 'DANDY!!' when we saw him.
Sadly, Dandy is no more.
I still feel kind of guilty.

Okay. So there's something you folk call an "Easter Egg" which I am not acquainted with, size-wise. To me an Easter Egg is a dye job on a chicken egg who's been put through a hard-boiling.

WOAH WOAH WOAH I'm sorry are chocolate Easter Eggs not a thing for you guys? Srsly? What do you do on Easter Sunday if not devour far too much chocolate in the form of eggs? Don't you have the intervening period from Valentine's Day to Easter with entire supermarket aisles looking like this?
